Guide for Incorporating Human Rights into Cities’ Digital Transformation (English)
During 2022, UN Habitat, the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights (CC4DR), United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), and Eurocities worked together to develop a tool with a pragmatic and normative approach to the incorporation of these rights.
The result was a guide for incorporating digital rights in cities, operationalising the CC4DR’s approach and providing recommendations for cities, using Barcelona as a case study.
